I’m not a big fan of exercising but due to my health’s condition, I was force to do some exercises every morning. Tried different methods of exercising like brisk walking, jogging and even used some exercise equipment like the treadmill which is good for cardiovascular exercise and the convenient of the equipment is that you can use it at home without even going to the gym.

I also need to excercise to build up the strength in my back as last year I had back problems. They told me walking is the best exercise for the back.

that’s true, we have only one body and we really need to take good care of it! but, most of the time we tend to eat more than what we need but not burning the excess calories we incurred.
