TED dot com

Water is very important. I was just browsing over at TED dot com, a site aimed for innovation and nation building. It really helps us “save the world” because of its great ideas and inventions. There was a very memorable TED talk where this guy tried to solve the problem of drinking water especially in third world countries. He devised a water bottle that can filter out any water, water from a dead river, from the sewers and such, and then turn it to drinking water. It is even more effective than our student’s drinking fountains. It’s like carrying a portable water filter pitcher and you can get your supply of water anywhere. Amazing work for a man trying to do good for this world.
