A really interesting thing that I pondered upon the other night: The Richest People in The World. I think that it is very interesting that the richest people come from different parts of the world. Some from America and also some from the many third world countries in the world. Alright, so if you’re from America and you’re one of the richest in the world, I can totally understand that. America is a very strong country. The economy is better than most and the government takes care of its people (at least more than other countries would). But if you’re from a third world country and one of the richest in the world, the question is How? How did that happen? So I came to conclude that to be rich while it depends on where you reside it’s also more on the individual. It takes having many of the good qualities man struggle to have to be financially successful like dedication, patience and the will to sacrifice.

I guess if you’re goal is to be financially successful then you have to start in little ways like saving extra money when ever you can. Ohh I know, it is really hard to do. Every time I have extra money I tend to think that I’m a millionaire and I can spend my extra $65 on anything I want. Very wrong! That is not the way to go. So, little things like saving little by little will make a difference in the long run. I guess that’s also why some companies decided to side with automation rather than manual labor to save labor cost. So again that’s the little things we can do to save money.

Just think about it. There are so many things in life that we purchase everyday that we don’t really need. It might be worth a dollar or two but they all add up in the end. One day just sit down and think hard. Think if you really need to get that Starbucks coffee and shell out the last $3 in your wallet.

Before my hubby leaves for work, I always ask him, “dear don’t forget to keep your receipts!” Even if that’s just for a piece of candy, I would like to keep an accounting of our daily expenses. I learned based from experience that doing this helps me keep my budget worksheets clean and correct! I may not have taken a management course or majored in finance or accounting, but I do know the importance of simply keeping a check and balance on things. I’m a bit obsessive compulsive and I guess this is a factor as to why I do this. So even if hubby gets upset, I always try to reason it out with him.

This also monitors and it can help in improving spending habits. Money is so hard to get and yet so easy to throw away. It’s so ironic how people get into detrimental habits like they can afford to throw away their money. I am just doing this for the benefit of my family. I remember looking back and seeing friends who have lost a lot just because they couldn’t control their expenses. Always save and put a percentage away for your life savings. A little goes a long way.

While sitting on the bus the other day on my way to work, I noticed a small ad that has the words “donate car for kids“. After a while, I told my self that this is a brilliant way to help the less fortunate. Just Imagine how much a car costs no matter how old it is, it still should be worth quite a lot. A car donation would be able to help a lot of kids. It’s a very easy way to help others.

After a while of pondering, I remembered my dad who is fortunate enough to own multiple automobiles one of which I know that he never drives. The only time it’s driven is when I come over which is about once every four years. Not that much really. I remember hearing my dad talk about donating the car somewhere but never really had the chance to do so maybe partly because he doesn’t really know where and how to. Well, after seeing the ad and knowing that it’ll do a lot of good to less fortunate kids, I’ll make sure to remind my dad about donating his unwanted car.

Well, if any of you have an unwanted car, you can all do the same. If you’re unsure of what to do or where to donate your car you can always check online. I’m sure you’ll find a lot of info about it like how to donate your car and where the donations go.

Hey everyone! Christmas is around the corner. One thing I really want to do this holiday season is to see a Broadway show. I don’t know why I actually fancy Broadway shows although I’ve never really been to one. So this holiday season I would like to go with the whole family to see A Christmas Carol. It should be really nice for the kids. I’m sure they will really enjoy the show.

I’ve been searching online for tickets and came across the website Ticket Zone USA. They pretty much have all kinds of tickets from sporting events, concerts and most of all my favorite Broadway shows. From the website, I was happy to see all the ticket sales for different shows. They sell A Christmas Carol Tickets, the Merchant of Venice Tickets, Cats Tickets, Sister Act Tickets and much more. These are just the ones that I’m really looking forward to see and all of which should be really good and entertaining.

If any of you should know of a really good Broadway show, let me know. I’ll make sure to add it to my list of shows I should attend. Alright, I hope everyone will have a good holidays. Take care all. Have fun and be safe.

I love to go camping, but only when there is fishing involved. Ever since I was little I have loved sleeping outside and going fishing. Then cooking those fish we caught over an open flame of the campfire was the highlight when we were all tired and stinky. Plus cooked fish over a campfire was totally delicious and smelled great.

Before going camping, no matter for how long, I would pack several clothes. I would put in shorts and a swimsuit for those hot days. I would also pack a few sweatshirts, sweatpants, and short sleeved shirts. I always made sure I had enough clothes for when it was hot and for the cold nights. I also would make sure I had a sleeping bag or a few blankets. I would make sure the tent was packed too. Besides that stuff, since it is a fishing camping expedition, I would make sure all the fishing gear I knew for a fact I would need was packed safely. Any worms I would need I buy them at or near the campground. But sometimes I would bring some worms.

Several family members and friends always go with me on these camping trips for fishing. My family and friends enjoy fishing. It is a terrific bonding time, especially when several of us get all smelly and slick from the fish and the fish guts. A very wonderful time indeed.

But, of course, before I leave home I would need to set my home security alarm system from INHOMESECURITY.com to protect me when I wasn’t home.

Thanks for the guest post by Bill Hardin

If you had lots of money, let’s say you win the lottery or maybe inherit a large sum of fortune, what would you do with all the wealth? With the ongoing recession, hey it’s hard to hold on to your fortune. I know, people get excited when they have money. Buy this, buy that. Not really thinking about how hard it is to earn money and how easy it is to spend and lose.

If I was wealthy right now I think I’d do the right thing with my wealth. What would that be? I’d invest my money wisely. If you look around and study a little bit you’ll find that there are places where you can invest wisely. Starting a business sounds good too but you know what, I’d rather not right now with the current situation of the economy. Investing is probably the best thing to do.

Ever heard of gold and silver bullion bars? I did a research on the United States Gold Bureau website and learned that there are gold and silver coins that are very rare. The gold and silver American Eagle coins actually contain ounces of real gold and silver. If you prefer the real thing, you can also purchase fine gold bars. Hey, gold never loses value so I’m pretty sure it will preserve your wealth for a long time.

For me, it’s a great idea to purchase gold or silver especially in times like this. Keep your money. Save it by investing. Learn more about gold bullions, coins or other investments. Look it up on the internet and I’m sure like me, you’ll find the thought of investing very interesting.

People are all created different from one another. Like what they say, every one of us is unique. Because of our differences in views we all have different opinions about a subject. While we believe in our own opinion we also want to hear and know what others think about a certain subject. Why? Because it’s fun to compare and see how different other people think from you.

Anyhow, I am talking about opinions and differences because I stumbled upon a website called This or That. Just from the name of the website you can probably tell what the website is all about. Its a very cool website where you can compare any two subjects. It can be something serious or something that’s just for fun. You can create your own “this or that” subject or if you can’t think of anything to compare then you can just vote on existing comparisons.

The website really helps me pass time. I find it very enjoyable especially when I want to do something new and when I need to take a break from my Facebook usual’s. Speaking of Facebook, This or That also has a Facebook page where you can join discussions. It looks pretty cool although I’ve just been lurking around and haven’t really jumped in conversations. Soon though, I’ll make sure to make my presence known. Alright everyone, I’ll have to end this entry for now. I’m looking forward to going back to This or That and start comparing.

Everyday, many people uses and takes dietary supplement for health benefits. It can be a Food or Nutritional Supplement, a preparation intended to supplement the diet and provide nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, fiber, fatty acids, or amino acids, that may be missing or may not be consumed in sufficient quantity in a person’s diet. It can be in tablets, capsules or as tea or oil supplement.

A good example of supplement which is widely use today, is the Oregano Oil a widely known herb used as a potent germ-killer, anti-inflammatory and pain reliever. It is also being widely studied for its vast medical uses. Oregano oil has extremely high levels of free-radical-fighting antioxidants, agents that protect the body from the development of chronic conditions over time. Oregano oil is also a excellent source of vitamins and minerals. It is high in the vitamins A, C, and E complex, as well as zinc, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, copper, manganese and niacin.

Another example is Bio D-Mulsion. A supplement rich in Vitamins D and D-3 which encourages the absorption and metabolism of calcium and phosphorous. It also supplies vitamin D3 in an emulsified form to aid in uptake and assimilation, especially important for those with mal-absorption issues.

To say that kids love pirates would be an understatement. But my daughter loves pirates even more. She watches so many movies about them and has read almost every kids book out there about pirates. I even predicted that she would want to dress up as a pirate for Halloween this year so it didn’t surprise me when she told me exactly that.

Even though I had expected it, I hadn’t really planned for it. So I started looking for a costume for her online. When I was doing that I saw GetClearWirelessInternet.com and decided to switch over our internet service to it.

I found some costumes but I thought that she could need some extra pieces for her pirate costume. I knew that she would need a really big captain hat and a fake sword and sheath to put it in. I was going to get her some boots to wear with it but IÕm actually just going to buy these things that you put over shoes to make them look like pirate boots. I think sheÕs going to be the best dressed pirate out there.

Hello guys, been a while, I know. I’ve been planning to write about this article since last month but I’ve been thinking too much about how I should present it to you all cos I would love to share my story on how I successfully potty trained my toddler. All of you know that I have two girls, 7 and 2 yrs old. All I can remember with my first child when potty training is that I trained her the way I potty train her little sister now, there’s no difference. My first child was successfully trained when she was 2 yrs old same with her little sister. :shy1:

Now this is the story, I’m not a fan of toddlers pooping on their diapers as soon as they learn to walk. It grosses me out when a toddler poops on their diaper :dizzy:. It’s messy and smelly maybe because they’re not little baby anymore. Toddlers have stronger smelling poops and we all know that and I don’t like it that much. So every time I see my toddler’s about-to-POOP-FACE, I grab her and tell her to hold it a little while until we reach her potty. We were always like that every time she wants to poop. So glad that her poop is not watery so she has no problem holding it for a little bit. I let her sit on her potty and when she’s done she will scream “DONE!”. I know while reading this entry, you are thinking that I have a lot of patient but no, not really. It’s just that I don’t like toddlers’ poops scattered all over their butts and diapers like I said, it’s gross. The stage of that kind of potty train lasted until my toddler turned two. Believe it or not, there’s only one time she pooped on her diaper :hihi:

When she turned exactly 2 yrs old she began telling me that she peed on her diaper, her exact word is “wee! wee!”. That time I don’t know yet if she’s telling me that she wants to pee or she already did. I’m more sure that she wants to use her potty when she feels like she’s gonna poop. By the way, she started using pull-ups before she turned two. From there, I keep telling her to say “wee wee” if you want to pee and say “UU” if you want to poop. Also, when at home I let her go around the house without diaper. Yes, she had lots of accidents and I keep scrubbing the carpet. I did that because I wanna know how many times exactly she goes pee pee every day so that I’ll know when she needs to go and if she’s ready to retire from using diapers. Also to let them feel the awkward feeling of pee flowing on their legs. I guess I would say that your toddler is ready to retire from wearing diaper if he pee once in the morning, once in the afternoon and in the evening but that also depends on how much liquid they take every now and then. I also exaggerate the words EEWW! GROSS! if she accidentally pee on her undies just to give the thought that it’s better and it’s clean if she use the potty. I also remember there were months that she does not want to poop on her potty anymore because she was scared to push her poop out. She was experiencing constipation that time. Since then I was having a hard time to make her use the potty again. That only changed when we watched the Potty Movie with Hannah that I borrowed from the local library. My toddler really likes it especially the song “Bye-bye, Diapers!”. I would really recommend the “Potty Book and DVD for girls with Hannah” and this one for boys to all the mommies out there. A week after watching that I was so surprised that she went to the bathroom and removed her diaper by herself. Since then, she’s not wearing diaper anymore even when she goes to bed at night. She’s now expert in using the bathroom. From her potty to sanitizing her hands. She even prepares the potty herself when I forget to put it back together after cleaning. Now, she’s really a big girl. I’m so proud of her. Oh by the way, she still wears diaper every time we go out in case of emergency but most of the time her diaper is still clean and dry when we get back home

Short list of what I did to potty train my toddler and you’ll notice there’s no candy for treats:

Fancy potty trainers would make your toddlers enjoy the potty training a lot more.

Letting her sit on her potty constantly especially if she wants to poop.

Praise them all the time with exaggeration after using the potty, they love it.

Sing a potty song.

Watch “The Potty Movie with Hannah for girls” and “The Potty Movie with Henry” for boys. I will guarantee you 100% that your kids are going to love it. You can borrow a copy at your local library.

Let them go around the house without wearing diaper. Let them pee on the floor. You know why? so they will know how to control their pee.

Let them know that peeing and pooping on their diaper and undies is GROSS.

Before going to bed let your toddler pee first so he won’t pee on bed, it works.

Last one, be serious on potty training your toddler. Don’t let them play too much with their potty cos they will end up just playing without actually using the potty.
