Lets shop downtown

Recently, we went downtown just to walk around and window shop. Most of the stores over there can also be found near my neighborhood so I didn’t really see any new stores. Anyway, there were a few stores that I was interested in like Levi’s, Nike, Crate & Barrel and Borders so we decided to go inside these stores just to look around. Once inside I noticed that the items being sold are no different from the once being sold in my neighborhood. These stores were also having a big after Christmas sale which made me very anxious. So, while looking around I noticed that the prices are different from the non-downtown stores. The prices in the downtown stores were still so much higher eventhough they were marked 50% off already. But even after all the high prices, there were still tons of people trying to get a bargain. I wasn’t dumb enough to purchase anything there instead I’ll go to stores near my apartment. Exactly the same thing in a much lower price.
