Freya’s 1st Birthday – part 1

A year has gone so quickly,
Yet we have learned so much.
We’ve felt a love so strongly,
In a baby’s gentle touch.

Her laughs and smiles. Her pouts and tears.
Wow! She can get so mad!
But we wouldn’t trade a minute,
As a thankful mom, dad and sister.

We love you baby Freya… Happy 1st birthday!

We purchased Boston Cream flavor and cake decorations. Daddy did a great job on decorating this cake. No Editing process, only natural light.

P.S. Even though I’m so sick yesterday (until now still sick), I still managed to enjoy the day of our youngest. We went to Lincoln Park Zoo and the kids enjoyed the carousel. Still not a good day to go to that place coz most of the animals are hiding due to chilly breeze weather. Aside from that, I cooked Pinoy style spaghetti and Daddy decorated the cake after we got home from the zoo. Anyways, this coming Tuesday we are going to Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate more and that would be my part 2 of this entry
