We ate at our favorite Chinese restaurant around the neighborhood. I ordered Lomein Pancit, I dont exactly remember what its called but I like it, very tasty. Luvski (my hubby) ordered his favorite fried rice and the kids have chicken shredded porridge. After that we headed to Baskin Robbins for some dessert. I personally like their premium sundaes, so yummy!
While at the restaurant, I came to realize that I really have a simple yet happy family. We are not perfect family but we are trying to make things possible. We all know that wherever you are life is not easy but God is always there to provide everything. I’m not religious and I don’t go to church often but I do believe that God exist. If you have a problem all you need to do is reach out to Him. Indeed, prayer is powerful.
I’m so thankful for having a complete family. Little by little, we are succeeding and meeting our goals for the family. I’m so proud of my husband, on his own without any help from others, he is able to provide everything to his family. Being away from relatives and family is very hard but he’s able to provide a decent home for us. Besides having a not-so-good-job yet, people run to him for help. I’m so proud of him ever since the beginning. Lucky are those people who can still live with their parents at their parents’ expense. We’ve also been in that situation when we were still starting our little family back in the Philippines. We used to live with my hubby’s grandmother and we didn’t need to think about paying bills because it was already covered but when our eldest was starting to grow up we decided to have our own space. Since then everything was different. And now we are on our own in this foreign country and really it is something to be proud of
