- What did you do in 2009 that you’d never done before? – Cant remember anything in particular, I think none.
- Did you keep your new years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year? – i’m not into resolutions, but more of having goals and trying to achieve them (We have the same thoughts)
- Did anyone close to you give birth? - relatives
- Did anyone close to you die? - none that I know of
- What countries did you visit? – none from the past year
- What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009? – My SS# so that I can work na. To have a job with a good salary. That’s actually my goal this year.
- What was your biggest achievement of the year? – My biggest achievement… I think being able to be with my kids and being able to teach them and to see their own little achievements day by day.
- What was your biggest failure? – Not able to work. Not able to help my husband financially. Though I earned a little from blogging but that was not enough.
- Did you suffer illness or injury? – Nothing major and for that I’m thankful to God.
- What was the best thing you bought? – Coach Boots, PS3, A new gaming laptop and my new Motorola Cliq.
- Whose behavior merited celebration? – My eldest daughter for being included in Honor Roll. She can do her best without major help from us her parents.
- Where did most of your money go? – gadgets and food! we also love to dine out!
- What did you get really, really, really excited about? – When we moved to a new decent bigger apartment.
- What song(s) will always remind you of 2009? – None. I seldom use my mp3. Actually, I dont know what was the latest hot song last year except for the song I gotta feeling cos my hubby always sings that song.
- Compared to this time last year, are you: – a. happier or sadder? Happier. b. thinner or fatter? fatter lol c. richer or poorer? just right
- What do you wish you’d done more? – WORK lol
- What do you wish you’d done less of? – internet and facebooking? hehe…
- What was your favorite TV program? – Being Human, all shows in HGTV, all shows in GMA Pinoy TV.
- Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year? – HATE KO PARIN SYA.
- What was the best book you read? – nothing cos the only book I’ve read from last year was Twilight and I haven’t finished the series lol. I really need to read more.
- What did you want and get? – my Coach boots and my new android phone.
- What was your favorite film of this year? – Underworld Rise of the Lycans, Monster vs. Aliens, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, 2012.
- What did you do on your birthday? – Spent it with my family and purchased my most wanted pair of boots and enjoyed my new laptop from Luvski
- How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2009? – girly? cos I mostly wore dress last year.
- What kept you sane? – My faith and the love from my husband and my precious kids.
- What political issue stirred you the most? – President Obama everyone was thrilled and so excited about him.
- Who did you miss? – My parents and my siblings. I want to see them real soon.
- Who was the best new person/s you met? – Fellow Filipinas. I’ve met a lot of Filipinas here in Chicago last year and they’re awesome. Also, teachers of my eldest. Some parents of my daughter’s classmates.
- Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2009: Being able to keep my faith no matter what. Being able to smile in spite of all the hopes that went down. Being able to accept the real world. Being able to less expect and being able to accept disappointments in life easily. For the past two years of being a SAHM (stay at home mom), I’ve learned a lot from my kids and am so blessed to experience that. As some of you know, before Yuna and I moved here in the US, I’ve always been working and always pursue my career.
- What did you like most about yourself last year? – Stronger and had more patient raising my kids.
- What did you hate most about yourself this year? – Being anti-social. I said that cos I used to be funny and talkative when meeting people.
- Was 2009 a good year for you? – I can say it’s still a good year for me.
- What was your favorite moment of the year? – Yuna’s 1st birthday party here in the US
- What was your least favorite moment of the year? – When I expected too much from that certain event or situation.
- Who will you be with when 2009 ends? – I was w/ my family.
- Do you have a new year’s resolution for 2010? – none, just set goals and strive better
- What was your favorite month of 2009? – April and August
- What was your proudest moment of 2009? – My girl being listed in honor roll.
- If you could go back in time to any moment of 2009 and change something, what would it be? – During the early months of that year cos it has so many rash and bad decisions.
- What are your plans for 2010? – My plans are to work in a good company, enroll myself in fitness program and study more advance in multimedia related.
- How are you different now that the year has ended? – I guess I am more mature and more responsible.
- What are your wishes for the new year? – …Good health, Good vibes, and Good faith! Also, to live long and prosper
