When you turn on and shutdown the laptop it loads too slow. Maybe because all the space drives are over used. It has 80 gigs space but fully loaded of pictures and videos plus other heavy programs. We really need an external memory so that I can transfer all the files that are not programs. I’m currently searching online for affordable computer memory. I really really need to do a file mapping on our laptop’s hard drive.
