Two weeks ago I’ve decided to let my eldest join a choir. Every Friday they have singing class. It is a community choir so it’s free for charge instead the singing coach is the one who gives treats to the kids every time they have a concert. Their concert means, they sing to elderly people to make them happy. At first I was hesitant cos I was like, what if they get some type of disease from them. Home for the aged people/Nursing Home is like a hospital (kaartehan ko lang kasi
) But then I realized it’s a good cause. Making people happy is one way to help and ‘Donate’ does not always mean to give money. So I let my daughter stay at the choir. She’s actually learning how to vocalize . Their singing coach is very good. We have a little chitchat last Friday after their concert. She told me that she’s been doing her job since 1973. WOW! I wanted to ask her where she gets funds for her choir but we were in a hurry cos it started to rain that time. So maybe this coming Friday I can get more info’s about her choir.
This is the video of the concert last Friday… I just thought of sharing it to make you guys happy too hehehe

wow that’s so nice..
Not only for a good cause, para rin sa exposure and development nya at the same time. Parang nagvovoice lesson na rin sya diba.. I already heard her singing sa mga videos, at honestly, may potential sya. Ganda ng boses eh.. sana maging charice din sya, i mean, pretty version of charice hehe..
you got such cute kids! I really like the idea of having a black colored back door for the kids to doodle on. great idea. my RT is up here and my MYM is here.
awwww your kids are soooo adorable
u may view mine too here
believe it or not, I’m a choir member when I was in grade 3, but we’re not singing to make elders happy. we’re singing in school programs. as far as i remember, there was one time when we were invited to sing at the British School Manila. and poof! i Love it being there.. so many “gwapong kano” outhere! haha.. (:
@eriq: their choir is a community choir maybe thats why they sing to elderly people. They’re not from one school only.
Wonderful, I continually like your posts. I do not generally post but this can be surely a great one. Your work are really very good and I wish they pay out away!
